DISHWASHER PROBLEMS

We are trained in fixing dishwasher issues that lead to loud noises to come out of the appliance. The cause of the noises is usually either a broken washer arm bearing, pump housing or motor bushing. Since these are all common malfunctions, customers can be sure we will be able to fix them immediately!

WATER LEAKING

There are primarily two reasons a dishwasher leaks water. One reason is that there’s a problem with the door closure or latch and it will need to be replaced. Another cause is a failed water inlet valve that will need to be repaired soon after our arrival to your home. We have the manufacturer parts to fix Whirlpool, GE, Kenmore and popular brands of dishwashers.

DOESN’T TURN ON

If a dishwasher does not turn on, you need to ensure the appliance is plugged in and that none of the circuit breakers in the kitchen tripped. If that’s not the issue, the problem might be the door closure switches, thermal fuses, electronic controls or motor relays.

DOESN’T DRAIN OR FILL

A dishwasher is supposed to fill with water and then drain the water after cleaning the dishes. Your dishwasher doesn’t fill when there is a broken door switch or float switch or a broken water inlet valve. A dishwasher doesn’t drain if there is a malfunctioning drain pump motor or drain hose on the unit.

WON’T CLEAN DISHES

Your dishwasher is not of much use if the dishes are always dirty after a cycle. The dishes can be dirty if there’s a broken housing gasket, filter or water tube or spray arm. We have parts to fix common dishwasher issues fast.

DOESN’T DRY DISHES

The reasons to own a dishwasher is for it to wash and dry dishes. You don’t want to hand dry dishes after a cycle. Your dishwasher does not dry when there’s a broken rinse aid dispenser, heating element or thermostat. We are able to repair or replace all parts for the drying functions of all models of dishwashers.

DOESN’T DISPENSE SOAP

For your dishwasher to wash dishes, it must be able to dispense detergent or soap inside of the machine. This doesn’t happen when there’s a broken timer, bi-metal release or wax motor.
